How we calculate cost
The main pain point for auto-service customers — unpredictable pricing. Brought the car "to look at a knock" — and left with an 8,000-leu bill because the mechanic "happened to find five more problems". At AutoPro we work differently:
- Free diagnostics. 30-point checklist: suspension, brakes, engine, electrical. Detailed report with photos.
- Written estimate. We list the work, labor hours, specific parts with price and brand.
- Customer agreement. You decide what to do now and what to defer.
- Fixed price. If something new is found in the process — we call and agree on the surcharge. Without consent — we don't proceed.
- One bill. No separate lines for "consumables", "disposal", "wash before work".
Fixed-price guarantee
We fix the total amount in writing before work starts. If we finish faster — we refund the unused labor hours. If suddenly the work proves harder — that's our risk, not yours.

What's included in labor cost
- Mechanic's time and car preparation
- Use of lift, tools and equipment
- Consumables for the job (rags, cleaners, lubricants)

No separate bills for "consumables" — it's all already included.
How we calculate labor hours
We use the international Autodata / Haynes Pro database — the same standards as dealer centers. An hour of labor at our shop costs 350 MDL, which is 30–40% cheaper than dealers at the same quality.

Frequently asked questions
Will the estimate price really not increase?
It won't increase, unless something new is discovered during repair — for example, when disassembling, we see another part needs replacing. In such cases, we call, discuss and sign an additional consent. No surcharges without your consent.
Can I get an estimate in advance, before I arrive?
We can give a rough one if we know the model and the nature of the problem. Exact estimate — only after diagnostics. This gives an honest, not "bait" calculation.
Do you accept cards / bank transfer?
We accept Visa/MasterCard cards, cash and transfers to our account. For legal entities — invoice.
Are installments possible?
Yes — for major repairs (from 5,000 MDL) we offer installments up to 6 months without overpayment. We also connect partner installments through Maib and MICB for longer terms.
Loyal-customer discount — how do I get it?
Automatically — after the 3rd visit. Customer card is in our system, the discount applies to all work (except promos).
