Why this matters
Roughly 30–40% of parts on the Moldovan market are either counterfeit, "grey" import without warranty, or "refurbished" parts sold as new. Installing such a part is a lottery: brake pads can "fade" on the first heating, a shock absorber — leak in a month, a filter — fail to filter anything.
At AutoPro we don't cut corners on parts and don't buy "from some guy at the market". All parts come only from official distributors with invoices, codes and certificates.
Authenticity guarantee
If it turns out that a part wasn't original (and you asked for the original) — we'll replace it at our expense and compensate all related work.

OEM or aftermarket?
For each car we offer three options:
- OEM original — part bearing the carmaker's logo. The most expensive and reliable option. Recommended for premium cars and complex assemblies.
- OE-aftermarket — the same part, but in the manufacturer's packaging (usually the very same plant that makes the OEM). 25–40% cheaper, identical quality.
- Quality aftermarket — proven brands (Febi, Trw, Brembo). Suitable for mass-market models, saves up to 50%.

How we exclude counterfeits
- All suppliers have official distributor certificates
- For parts with authenticity protection (Bosch, Brembo) — we verify the code in the manufacturer's system
- We accept delivery only in factory packaging, unopened
- Every part comes with a warranty card and serial number
- We dropped wholesale-market sourcing — working directly with distributors
Frequently asked questions
Can I bring my own part?
You can, but in that case we don't warranty the part itself — only the labor. If the part turns out to be defective, reinstallation will be at your expense.
What's the difference between OEM and aftermarket?
OEM — part with the carmaker's logo (e.g. VW). Aftermarket — the same part but in the actual manufacturer's packaging (e.g. Lemförder). Often these are identical parts with different packaging and a 25–40% lower price.
How long does it take to get a part?
Consumables (oil, filters, plugs) — in stock. Brakes, shocks — usually 1 day. Rare or specific parts — up to 5 working days.
Do you accept returns if a part doesn't fit?
If the part doesn't fit due to our error (wrong selection) — we take it back free of charge. If the customer made the mistake — we take it back at 70–80% of the price.
